Fc - Recruitment Specialist / Wfh Freelancer - Up To $4200

Key Responsibilities: Partner with Talent Acquisition team to understand candidates needs, role requirements and team dynamics Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job portal and social media. Review resumes, screen and engage with potential candidates, ensure a good match of qualify candidates to match the positions needed Manage the full recruitment lifecycle : posting jobs, facilitating hiring manager interviews, coordinating and onboarding Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring practices and regulatory guidelines Assist in employer branding initiatives and talent outreach strategies. Provide regular, timely reports on sourcing activity and results, ensuring alignment with hiring targets. Contribute ideas to improve sourcing strategies and candidate engagement.
