In this role, you will: Welcome members and guests with a warm and professional demeanour, and assist in responding to basic queries about our products, services, and policies Support the move-in and move-out processes for members ensuring a smooth experience Assist in the day-to-day centre operations, including maintaining cleanliness, managing facilities, and ensuring shared spaces like pantries and meeting rooms are well-kept and functional Perform administrative support such as manning the reception, answering emails, handling courier services, preparing meeting rooms, and assisting with invoicing and payment processing Support the planning and execution of community events and initiatives that promote a vibrant and engaging work environment for members Pre-requisites for this role include: Min 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or serviced offices. Strong communication skills in English and the local language. Friendly, energetic, and service-oriented with a passion for building connections. Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a keen eye for detail and strong organizational abilities. A proactive, team-oriented individual who can also work independently.
