Job Summary Support HR administrative functions by managing staff documentation and performing related clerical tasks to ensure smooth HR operations. Responsibilities Manage and update workers’ and staff documentation accurately to maintain organized HR records Assist in preparing and processing HR administrative documents to support HR operations Perform general administrative tasks as assigned to facilitate efficient office workflow Use Microsoft Word and Excel to create, update, and maintain HR-related documents and reports Manage time effectively to complete tasks within deadlines and support team productivity Demonstrate a proactive and mature attitude to handle HR clerical duties independently Commit to working 5.5 days per week to meet operational requirements Preferred competencies and qualifications At least 1 year of experience in HR or related administrative roles is preferred
