He/She will assist the Outlet In-Charge in driving outlet sales while delivering excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction. ADVANCEMENT CRITERIA: Promotion to Assistant BBQ Griller based on consistent performance, schedule regularity, advanced storytelling abilities, and demonstrated leadership with new team members. Core Responsibilities: 1. INITIAL TRAINING (Fresh Joiners) - Begin with buzzer clearing and food runner duties - Complete thorough menu learning and storytelling training - Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of all menu items 2. STATION MANAGEMENT - Manage entire station independently with minimal supervision - Handle multiple tables simultaneously with efficiency - Maintain high service standards throughout shift 3. SALES & CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT - Drive upselling through menu knowledge and recommendations - Engage authentically with every customer at assigned station - Tell compelling stories about dishes, ingredients, and Korean dining culture - Create memorable dining experiences that encourage repeat visits 4. MENTORSHIP & TEAM DEVELOPMENT - Buddy and train new entry-level servers - Share menu knowledge and service techniques - Model excellent customer engagement and professionalism 5.
