Assistant Chemical Production Manager

Job Description & Requirements K2 Chemical Pte Ltd provide dishwashing detergent, handsoap and bleach for customers in the F & B industries. Job Description: Create and improve SOP Perform daily operation in accordance to standard operation procedures Production operation makes daily operation log, ensure internal and external premises cleanliness, mixing activities & filling activities Check and maintain scheduled preventive maintenance works. Troubleshoot all production process problems that happened. Manage stock of safety PPEs, tools, absorbent pads. Provide guide and training for new operators. Ensuring that potential safety issues related to the environment, the process and the product are considered at all stages Optimising production by analysing processes and compiling de-bottleneck studies Monitor and maintain good practice/ housekeeping in the production areas. Responsible for upkeep operation for production support facilities and service sections. Implementation and operation of appropriate maintenance and service procedures Supervision and monitoring of the performance of plant facilities equipment. Carrying out preventive maintenance, routine inspection and servicing of plant facility machinery, mechanical and electrical and electrical installations in accordance to manufacturing guidelines. Attending and resolving technical issues Plant facility spare parts management. Other ad hoc duties as and when assigned. Requirements: Diploma / Degree in Chemical Engineering Min 1 year of relevant working experience Willing to learn and perform ad hoc works
