Overall Job Objectives We are looking for highly motivated and passionate individuals to provide warm, friendly, and exceptional food & beverage service within INITIA Group’s F&B brands . He/She will assist the Outlet In-Charge in driving outlet sales while delivering excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction. Core Responsibilities Host and greet guests in a warm and friendly manner. Be well-versed with the outlet’s products and services and actively promote or upsell items when appropriate . Provide a high standard of service through attentive and engaging guest interaction. Adhere to all operational procedures and suggest improvements for service efficiency. Maintain proper grooming and represent the brand professionally. Understand and operate POS/ordering systems to ensure smooth service. Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues to the immediate superior for quick resolution. Assist the Outlet In-Charge in promoting specific menu items or services. Friendly, outgoing, and dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, based on business needs.
