Technical Adviser

Job Role Technical Adviser is responsible for the construction related all system& Designs, reporting, and attending regular meetings with the Japanese parent company, require proficiency and knowledge of both Japanese and English languages as well as excellent presentation skills. The candidate also assesses compliance with the relevant regulatory and legislative requirements. The candidate is a team player who possesses strong analytical, project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. The candidate is also able to interact with and communicate with internal and external stakeholders effectively and has strong project management and planning skills. The candidate is meticulous and highly detail-orientated and possesses strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to facilitate stakeholder management and works on-site. Job Description Lead, direct, oversee, manage, and intervene as necessary with all internal and external project stakeholders. Contribute strategic insight, experience, and expertise to the project management and construction team through his/her skills and knowledge of semiconductor equipment construction and execution to set up the project for success. Ensure that progress and key project issues are assessed, managed, and reported to the board of directors from the Singapore Regional Group of Companies as well as the parent company in Japan on a regular and timely basis. Manage and oversee the project team including external project managers, design consultants, and contractors to meet their deliverables, to an adequate standard, on time, and not compromise the project specifications. Be responsible for tracking, recording, and managing the progress and quality of the construction along with handover and closeout deliverables.
