Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our tuition centre as a Customer Relations (Front Desk) representative. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. The Customer Relations (Front Desk) role is crucial in maintaining a positive and professional image for our tuition centre. Job Responsibilities: Greet students, parents, and visitors as they enter and provide a welcoming atmosphere Respond to inquiries from students and parents regarding course offerings, schedules, fees, and other relevant information Assist with enrolment process, including completing registration forms, explaining tuition policies, and collecting necessary documentation Schedule appointments for students and parents to meet with teachers or staffs as needed Handle phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, addressing questions and concerns effectively Collect tuition fees and ensure accurate recording of payments Manage, maintain and update student records, administrative documents and centre-related supplies Record all math questions in the system Assist in marketing activities, such as distributing flyers, promoting special events, and collecting feedback from students and parents Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy, addressing and resolving issues to the best of your ability, and escalating as necessary Perform general office tasks, such as photocopying, filing and organising office supplies Inspect tuition centre and office regularly and report any non-compliance and support essential maintenance of facilities and equipment, coordinate with vendors for repair and maintenance of tuition centre as and when required Administrative duties and other ad-hoc duties as assigned Job Requirements: Min. GCE O’ Levels No experience required, training will be provided Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills Fast-paced working environment, able to multi-task and meticulous 44 hours per week, able to commit weekdays (inc. evenings) & weekends
