Hotel Indigo Singapore Katong Baba Chews Restaurant (Min $12/hr) - 5 Mins walk from Marine Parade MRT Working Hours: 0600-1530 0700-1630 1330-2300 As an F&B Agent/Server , you will support F&B operations at Hotel Indigo Singapore Katong Baba Chews Restaurant ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and enjoyable dining experience for all guests. Your Day-To-Day Job Responsibilities Conversed with guests in relation to the food and beverage products Upsell beverages and regularly replenished, abiding by responsible alcohol service regulations Promoting and selling cocktails to guests Recycles where-ever possible and enforces cost saving measures to staff Communicates to his / her superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled Attends and participates in training sessions as scheduled Deliver Food and Beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints Food and beverage stock is stored in relation to hotel procedures Ensure Prompt and efficient delivery of food and beverage to the guest's tables What We Need From You Valid Food & Hygiene Certificate Comfortable working with non-halal food Good communication skills and basic computer literacy A positive and keen to learn attitude.
