Senior Security Officer (Sso) – Chinatown Hotel (Night Full-Timer)

Job Description We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Security Officer (SSO) to oversee daily security operations for a hotel estate site. This is a permanent, full-time night shift position suitable for a leader looking for a stable environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain a highly visible presence in and around the property to deter threats. Monitor CCTV systems and the Fire Command Centre (FCC). Conduct regular patrols to detect potential risks. Manage access control, handle keys, and oversee site safety systems. Be the first responder to any Fire Alarm activations—investigating the cause, managing the situation, and submitting detailed incident reports. Undertake additional tasks or duties as needed to meet the dynamic requirements of the organisation. Job Requirements Must possess a valid PLRD License with Senior Security Officer (SSO) grade. Completed required PWM training modules for the SSO rank. Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently during the day shift. Prior experience supervising hotel properties is highly advantageous.
