About the Role We are seeking dedicated Violin/Piano Teachers who are passionate about teaching meaningfully and growing with the studio. This role is ideal for teachers who want flexibility in their teaching schedule and the opportunity to contribute ideas while gaining teaching experience. Compensation & Earnings Competitive commission based on experience Performance bonus incentives based on student retention Opportunity to transition into a fixed-rate / fixed-salaried position Earnings depend on teaching load, retention, and schedule availability. Key Responsibilities Conduct violin or piano lessons for students of various ages and skill levels Develop students’ musical understanding, technique, and confidence Prepare students for graded ABRSM/Trinity, recitals, and competitions Monitor and track student progress Maintain a positive, passionate attitude towards teaching Contribute ideas for new programmes and curriculum Preferred Qualifications Minimum Diploma in Music / Performance or equivalent Strong knowledge of violin techniques and music theory Experience teaching young beginners (age 3–6) and adults Minimum 2 years of teaching experience Responsible, patient, and student-focused English-speaking (multilingual is a plus) BONUS: - Performance or competition coaching experience - Group teaching experience What We Offer Flexible working hours to suit your schedule Training & mentorship provided Opportunities to shape school curriculum and programmes Work Schedule Min commit 2-3 days a week Weekend availability preferred Application Process Please apply here or email contact.kea.education@gmail with: Your Resume A short write-up of your teaching experience & teaching philosophy We look forward to welcoming committed violin teachers to be part of our teaching team!
