Loan Operation Officer

- Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Loan Operation Officer to join our Back office team. The Loan Operation Officer is responsible for the end-to-end processing and administration of corporate loan transactions, ensuring all activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with the Bank's policies, regulatory requirements, and service standards. This role supports Corporate Loan/IB team by providing operational expertise and maintaining high standards of risk control. - Job Description & Requirements Process Bilateral/Syndication Loan transactions, including drawdowns, disbursements, repayments, prepayments, rollovers, renewals, interest and fee processing. Review loan documentation and ensure all pre-disbursement conditions and approvals are fulfilled prior to processing. Maintain accurate loan records in the Bank's core banking system and ensure timely updates of customer and facility information. Manage interest and principal repayment due dates and issue interest notices to customer and follow up on pending items. Liaise closely with Relationship Managers, Credit Administration, Treasury, Compliance and other internal parties to ensure smooth processing of loan transactions. Ensure compliance with internal policies, MAS regulations, AML/CFT requirements, and operational risk management standards. Handle customer and internal enquiries related to loan operations in a timely and professional manner. Perform other settlement duties assigned by the Manager. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
