Join us as an Area Manager and oversee multiple locations, driving excellence and growth across our expanding network! Responsibilities: Lead a team of restaurant managers to ensure operational efficiency, exceptional customer service, and adherence to company standards. Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction across all locations. Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with regulations. Provide coaching, training, and support to restaurant managers and staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and employee development. Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans accordingly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to roll out new initiatives, promotions, and marketing campaigns. Serve as a liaison between corporate headquarters and individual locations, communicating company policies, procedures, and expectations effectively. Ensure efficient inventory management, supply chain operations, and cost control measures are in place. Requirements: Previous experience in multi-unit management within the fast food or restaurant industry is highly preferred.
