Job Scope Plan daily logistics to ensure timely customer deliveries. Prepare sea freight documentation (e.g., Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Customs Declaration). Facilitate new customer and vendor onboarding. Build strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and retention. Manage the sales pipeline and guide clients through each cycle stage. Respond promptly to client inquiries with accurate information. Track shipments and provide proactive client updates. Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and customs to ensure smooth operations. Plan and schedule trucking operations for maximum efficiency. Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company policies. Maintain organized administrative and shipping records. Troubleshoot operational issues (e.g., delays, transport problems). Audit completed jobs to verify billing accuracy for finance. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor or HOD. Requirements Minimum 1-2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations. Knowledge of sea freight documentation and Singapore customs procedures is an advantage. Computer literate, good in documentation skills. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
