About this role

Key Responsibilities: Explore and develop new business opportunities in Singapore and international markets to achieve sales growth and business objectives. Support business development initiatives across international markets and other strategic target regions. Serve as the Key Account Manager for strategic clients, maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction for recurring business opportunities. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging business opportunities and industry trends. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients. Lead commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and project bidding activities to secure new projects. Coordinate with engineering, operations, and project management teams to develop solutions and execution plans that meet client requirements. Support tender submissions,pre-qualification applications, and business proposals. Ensure timely follow-up on client enquiries, quotations, and business opportunities. Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Identify opportunities from upcoming tenders, capital projects, plant expansions, and facility upgrades. Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or arelated field. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in business development,sales, or key account management within the engineering, industrial, or construction sector. Proven track record in securing projects and achieving sales targets. Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills. Experience with tender submissions and contract negotiations is preferred. Willingness to travel locally and overseas as required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
