About this role: Sales-driven role consulting customers on TCM, wellness, promoting services, achieving targets. Job Scope: Providing professional TCM, SPA, Wellness consultation to customers Recommending new products and treatment packages to customers Build strong relationship with clients and uphold the image of the company Achieving and exceed sales target set by company monthly Provide high standards of customer service Followup with patients on their treatments and remind them of their treatments Support ad hoc administrative tasks and assist with front desk operations Requirements: ⁠Strong sales-driven mindset with proven ability to achieve targets Experience in TCM/ SPA/ Wellness or related industries Service-oriented with self-motivation for achieving sales targets Team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills Able to work on weekend and Public Holiday Able to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers and suppliers will be an advantage
