Senior Manager / Director, Operational Strategy Development

Lead the formulation and execution of business and operational strategies to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Manage the full lifecycle of solutioning, from problem discovery and analytical workstreams to senior management recommendations and AI deployment. Requires a Bachelor's degree in an analytical field with at least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably including operational consulting. Candidates should be multilingual or have international experience and be able to travel up to 20%.
