Signal Integrity Engineer About the Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Signal Integrity Engineer to join a multidisciplinary engineering team developing next-generation semiconductor and advanced packaging technologies. In this role, you will leverage electrical simulation and modelling to optimise package performance, improve signal quality, and support new product development from concept through validation. What You'll Do Perform electrical modelling and simulation for high-speed digital, Signal Integrity (SI), and Power Integrity (PI) applications. Evaluate package and system-level electrical performance, including RF, EMI and EMC behaviour. Work closely with package, mechanical and thermal engineering teams to support product development and design optimisation. Analyse simulation data, identify design improvements, and present technical recommendations. Contribute to design reviews and support engineering activities throughout the product development lifecycle. Prepare technical documentation and simulation reports. What We're Looking For Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related discipline. At least five years of relevant experience in electrical simulation, SI/PI engineering, semiconductor packaging, or high-speed electronic design. Experience using one or more industry-standard simulation platforms, including:Cadence (PowerSI, PowerDC, Clarity, ExtractIM)ANSYS (HFSS, Siwave, Q3D, Circuit)Keysight ADS or equivalent electromagnetic simulation tools Familiarity with semiconductor packaging technologies, PCB/package co-design, or high-speed interface development will be highly regarded. Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting ability, and effective communication skills. Candidates with experience in advanced packaging, high-speed interconnects, or package-level electrical analysis are encouraged to apply.
