Your experience, knowledge and expertise will be highly valued in the implementation of centre programs, initiatives, and events. Job Responsibilities: Curriculum planning and professional matters, providing inputs and perspectives, and mentoring teachers in areas of pedagogy, delivery and use of tools and resources Management and optimisation of centre resources e.g., daily rostering, inventory management, controllable expenses Handle centre administrative matters Assist Principal in collating documents for SPARKs and Licensing submissions. Ensure that Teachers are carrying out the centre curriculum and using positive reinforcements with the children as per ECDA guidelines. Ensure Teachers are following SOPs in the centre Answer parents queries and carrying out centre tours Lead and follow up on centre event planning Assist and update Principal with any other relevant responsibilities on the management of the centre. Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Early Childhood with at least 6 years of relevant experience in a pre-school setting Minimum 2 years of exposure in a supervisory role ie. Senior Teacher/Lead Teacher/Vice-Principal Diploma in Pre-school Education-Leadership (DPL).
