Responsibilities: Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with the institutional clients in the South Asia and MENA (Middle East) region. Responsible for business development and execution of sales strategies Drive sales of exchange-traded and exchange-cleared OTC derivatives products to the targeted clients Generate commissions from institutional client base Build new institutional business by on-boarding new clients Manage and maintain relations with existing client portfolios Increase existing institutional business by increasing share of client business Work on a team level to identify new opportunities within the target market Develop and maintain internal relationships with other channels and functional teams to onboard new clients Requirements: Degree holder in related discipline Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in sales trading / dealing with institutional clients or institutional sales experience preferred Must possess locally required licenses Experience with major global exchanges (eg. SGX, HKEX, CME, ICE, LME etc.) needed Self-motivated individual, with a commitment to excellence Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with clients Ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels in the organisation
