Job Summary Support daily operations and drive sales and marketing initiatives by managing communications, coordinating schedules, maintaining data, and analyzing market trends to optimize organizational performance and growth. Responsibilities Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and organize files and documents to support daily operational efficiency Manage communications and correspondence between departments and external parties to ensure clear information flow Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure timely deliveries and process payments accurately Create and maintain comprehensive databases, reports, and spreadsheets tracking organizational metrics and financial data Analyze operational processes to identify improvement opportunities and contribute to innovation initiatives Develop annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting sales quotas, projecting sales volume and profit for products, and analyzing market trends Establish pricing strategies by monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand to recommend optimal selling prices Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs to achieve marketing and sales objectives Identify marketing opportunities by analyzing consumer requirements, market share, competitor strengths and weaknesses, and forecast business potential
