Group Accountant/Finance Manager

Position: Group Accountant/Finance Manager Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are a listed renewable energy group with an integrated platform for energy transition and grid stability. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Group Accountant/Finance Manager to join our finance team. This role is responsible for overseeing group-level financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting strategic decision-making across multiple business entities. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review consolidated financial statements for the group Prepare annual report and interim financial statements Ensure compliance with SFRS and SGX requirements Liaise with external auditors and support audit processes Prepare monthly management reports Prepare SGX announcements Oversee group taxation matters, including corporate tax, GST and deferred tax calculations Ensure timely and accurate submission of Income Tax, GST and Annual Returns Monitor and improve internal controls and financial processes Prepare annual group budget and forecasts Execute payments Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is a must Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; candidates with audit and SGX listco experience will have an advantage Strong skills in financial consolidation Deep knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and SGX listing rules Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills Excellent written, analytical, organizational, and communication skills What We Offer Exposure to renewable energy industry Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Opportunities for professional development and career progression Collaborative and dynamic work environment Comprehensive employee benefits package
