Shop Sales Assistant

Job Summary Attend to walk-in and call-in customers by providing product recommendations and processing sales orders. Manage cashiering, stock replenishment, and inventory tasks while maintaining a clean and organized shop environment. Responsibilities Greet and assist walk-in and call-in customers by providing accurate product recommendations to meet their needs Prepare quotations and process sales orders efficiently to support sales operations Handle cashiering and payment collection accurately to ensure smooth transactions Replenish stock and maintain proper product displays to enhance customer experience Assist in receiving stock, packing items, and conducting inventory checks to maintain stock accuracy Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email to provide timely information Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop to create a welcoming environment Preferred competencies and qualifications Basic computer skills to operate sales and inventory systems Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Good communication skills in English to interact effectively with customers and colleagues Mandarin language skills are an advantage for communicating with a broader customer base Other Information Benefits Annual Leave Medical Benefits Interested applicants, please contact: 64527333
