Assistant Manager, Finance & Accounting

Job Summary You will prepare financial analyses, manage audit schedules, and oversee grant-funded programs to support effective financial management and compliance at KTPH. Responsibilities Prepare variance analyses to support accurate management reporting and decision-making Develop and review monthly audit schedules to ensure compliance and readiness for audits Prepare month-end and year-end closing accruals and perform account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records Support internal and external audit processes by providing required documentation and explanations Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting exercises to align financial plans with organizational goals Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to manage manpower subvention effectively Manage grant-funded programs by monitoring grant utilization, budget balances, and claim submission timelines to ensure compliance with funding requirements Liaise with funding agencies, internal stakeholders, and auditors on grant-related matters to facilitate smooth communication and reporting Execute ad-hoc duties and assignments as required to support departmental objectives Preferred competencies and qualifications Degree in Accountancy or equivalent with at least 3 years of accounting and management reporting experience Knowledge of SAP and experience in the healthcare industry to enhance financial system use and sector understanding Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, to perform data analysis and reporting Ability to work independently while demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively Professional, proactive, and self-motivated team player with strong analytical skills to solve problems and improve processes
