Project Manager

Plan, execute, monitor and control project as per contractual, client and QEHS requirements. · Ensure smooth implementation of work progress so project can be completed on time, within budget and meet contractual & safety standards. · Manage suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure compliance in terms of QEHS, schedule and cost. · Define clear roles & responsibilities, and deliverable requirements of team members. · Monitor construction productivity and provide recommendations for improvement to works. · Preparation of site progress report and necessary documentation. · Ensure that all project documentation including emails exchanges are maintained properly · Report to management periodically on status of project in terms of QEHS, cost and schedule. · Any other duties assigned by management. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering, Construction Management or equivalent At least 5-10 years of experience in the field of project management Possess all the necessary safety compliance certs (CSCPM, etc) At least 5 years of experience in a main-contractor company involved in HDB BTO projec
