Job Summary You will support the car repair workshop by providing excellent customer service, conducting vehicle test drives to assess repair needs, and managing the ordering of spare parts to ensure timely vehicle servicing. Interested party please contact me at hp: 91786498 Responsibilities Communicate clearly with customers to understand and address their vehicle service needs Conduct vehicle test drives to identify issues and verify repair quality Coordinate and place orders for spare parts to maintain efficient workshop operations Collaborate with workshop technicians to ensure customer requirements are met Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, vehicle issues, and parts orders Preferred competencies and qualifications Hold a Class 3 driving licence to perform vehicle test drives safely Speak English and Chinese to communicate effectively with diverse customers Experience in customer service within an automotive or repair environment
