We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Laboratories Assistant to support our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of perovskite solutions and materials for experiments. Support in device fabrication processes such as thin film coating, laser scribing, and module assembly under the guidance of engineers. Carry out standard testing and characterization of perovskite solar cells (e.g., efficiency testing, stability tests). Record experimental procedures, observations, and results accurately in laboratory logbooks. Prepare samples for analysis and assist in operating laboratory instruments (e.g., SEM, XRD, UV-Vis). Maintain cleanliness and safety of laboratory workspace, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Conduct routine calibration and basic maintenance of laboratory equipment. Collaborate closely with internal colleagues in Singapore to support project needs. What We’re Looking For: ✅ Education: Secondary School/Professional Certificate/NITEC, Diploma, or Degree in any field. ✅ Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience (Candidates without experience are welcome to apply!). ✅ Skills: Prior laboratory experience, especially in material preparation, device fabrication, or testing, is advantageous. Basic knowledge of photovoltaic devices or semiconductor materials will be a plus. Proficient in laboratory techniques, with attention to accuracy and details.
