Clinic Assistant

Role As a Clinic Assistant in a paediatric clinic specialising in special needs children, you will be the first point of contact for telephone, email, in-person, WhatsApp, and any other communication channel adopted. Role & Responsibilities Greet and meet people coming and direct them to appropriate areas Efficient handling of call inquiries and providing general information of services. Screen telephone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and any other communication method adopted, record and relay messages Administer registration, take referrals, schedule appointments, and maintain efficient appointments time slots and package sessions Generate and calculate invoice, record, collect payment, and issuance of receipts on time Handle changes in billing, refunds, and credits. Handle closing, settlement, and payment collection Support operation functions as and when needed Monitor general hygiene and cleanliness Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management Requirements GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent with 2 years’ working experience in administration, customer service and/or receptionist role Good interpersonal and communication skills Able to speak mandarin to mandarin speaking parents Positive working attitude and customer centric mindset Customer service mindset Meticulous and organised with attention to detail Ability to work independently and as a team.
