Job Summary Perform comprehensive quantity surveying tasks to support project cost management and contract administration, contributing to effective project delivery and financial control. Responsibilities Lead pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying activities to ensure accurate cost estimation and contract compliance Analyze and quantify materials and resources required for projects to support budgeting and procurement decisions Manage cost control processes to monitor project expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities Evaluate and certify contractors’ claims to ensure accuracy and adherence to contract terms Prepare detailed monthly progress claims and cost analysis reports to inform project stakeholders and support financial tracking Coordinate and oversee all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works related to quantity surveying to ensure integrated project cost management Required competencies and certifications Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or equivalent qualification Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying roles Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to prepare reports and manage project documentation
