Facilities Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary Lead and supervise facilities maintenance and M&E works to ensure efficient building operations. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues and deliver high-quality service outcomes. Responsibilities Plan, execute, and supervise all facilities maintenance work services to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with standards Manage building, facilities, and mechanical & electrical (M&E) works to optimize facilities performance and reliability Coordinate and supervise M&E installation and maintenance activities to meet project timelines and quality requirements Collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, and facilities teams to identify and resolve technical issues promptly Participate in M&E-related meetings and prepare detailed reports to support decision-making and project tracking Assist in planning, controlling, and coordinating mechanical and electrical works to align with project objectives Schedule, monitor, and supervise the progress of works to ensure timely completion and adherence to specifications Prepare and follow up on client inquiries and quotations to support business development and client satisfaction Adhere to company internal work processes and maintain accurate documentation for operational transparency Build and maintain strong client relationships by upholding high-quality service standards and responsiveness Required competencies and certifications Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related fields Preferred competencies and qualifications Facilities maintenance operations experience with at least 3 years in a relevant role Other Information Work schedule: 5.5 days work week
