About this role

Take end-to-end technical ownership of the Battery Management System for a utility-scale BESS product, including defining requirements and managing external development partners. Develop critical battery management algorithms for state estimation, balancing, and thermal response. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering and significant design experience with large-scale stationary energy storage systems.
