As part of our continued growth and expansion, we are seeking experienced Project Managers to join our team in delivering globally renowned sporting events, such as World Rugby, the World Aquatics Championship, and World Table Tennis Singapore Smash, Formula 1, along with other high-profile and inaugural events. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, high-impact environment, where you’ll work closely with international sports federations and key stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution. You’ll also have the chance to develop your role and progress within the company. What You’ll Do: ✅ Oversee end-to-end event planning and execution – from concept to post-event wrap-up ✅ Manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets to ensure seamless event delivery ✅ Liaise with key stakeholders , including international sports federations, clients, vendors, venue operators, and sponsors ✅ Oversee venue overlay & technical specifications , ensuring compliance with event requirements ✅ Supervise and mentor project teams to drive efficient coordination ✅ Proactively troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges during event days ✅ Ensure cost control measures & track financials for project profitability ✅ Compile post-event reports, performance reviews, and financial reconciliations What We’re Looking For: ✔️ 5+ years of experience in event management, preferably in sports or large-scale events ✔️ Strong operational & technical know-how in venue specs, AV, lighting, and production ✔️ Excellent project management skills – ability to handle multiple timelines and stakeholders ✔️ Proven leadership experience , managing teams and working with cross-functional departments ✔️ Strong negotiation and vendor management skills ✔️ Exceptional problem-solving ability with a hands-on approach ✔️ Diploma/Degree in Events Management, Business, or a related field 🎯 Why Join Us?
