Project Quantity Surveyor (Electrical)

Job Description Handle quantity surveying duties for electrical works from pre-contract to post-contract stage. Prepare cost estimation, tendering, budgeting and procurement for electrical projects. Monitor project costs, variation orders, progress claims and final accounts. Review subcontractor and supplier quotations for electrical works. Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and project teams on commercial and contractual matters. Prepare monthly claims, cost reports and project documentation. Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 3–5 years’ relevant experience in electrical or M&E construction projects. Familiar with variation orders, progress claims and contract administration. Able to interpret electrical drawings and specifications. Experience in retrofitting or A&A projects will be an advantage. Good communication, coordination and negotiation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
