Provide a positive, nurturing, safe, and secure learning environment. Maintain discipline, orderliness, and uphold students’ safety and welfare at all times. Conduct in-house enrichment classes and deliver lesson plans effectively. Mark written work and assigned enrichment materials. Maintain regular communication with parents regarding students’ development. Support dismissal procedures and assist in general centre duties. Keep accurate records of children’s progress and address individual developmental needs. Prepare teaching resources and maintain a conducive classroom environment. Be an inspiring role model with creativity, positivity, and a champion mindset. Ensure safe and timely transfer of students from school to the centre.
