Software Developer

Job Responsibilities • Involve in the analysis, design, documentation, coding, and testing of enterprise-level software applications. • Perform unit, integration, functional, and non-functional testing to ensure product quality and reliability. • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to software applications in a timely manner. • Evaluate existing systems and implement updates or add new features to enhance functionality and performance. • Collaborate with team members in requirements discussions, design reviews, and solution planning, providing valuable technical insights. • Prepare and maintain technical documents, ensuring clarity and completeness. • Assist in project planning, provide time estimates, and ensure that development milestones are met. • Work independently on assigned tasks while maintaining close communication with the project team. • Respond proactively to suggestions for system improvements and enhancements. • Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor or senior management. Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, orrelated fields. • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Java development, havesome experience in team management. • Proficient in Java web frameworks such as Spring MVC and familiarwith RESTful APIs and Web Services. • Familiar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related front-endtechnologies. • Experience with Oracle or MySQL databases. • Familiar with version control tools such as Git or SVN. • Experience with Spring Boot, RocketMQ, and Redis will be anadvantage. • Knowledge of BSS/OSS systems in the telecommunications industry ispreferred. • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. • Excellent written and verbal communicationabilities, Mastering Chinese communication. • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.
