Job Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and built environment sector. Promote the Company's DFMA, prefabrication, and M&E solutions to developers, consultants, architects, and main contractors to increase adoption and sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders. Monitor market trends and upcoming projects to generate qualified sales opportunities. Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and business development plans. Collaborate closely with internal teams to support tender submissions and project pursuits. Achieve business growth and sales targets. Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant business development or sales experience in the construction, M&E, engineering, or prefabrication industries Knowledge of DFMA, PPVC, MEP prefabrication, modular construction, or related technologies will be an advantage Good communication, negotiation and relationship management skills. Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently
