Resident Engineer (Civil & Structural) - Tuas

About our client: Our client is a leading global engineering and project management consultancy embarking on large-scale infrastructure and environmental projects. *Please note that this role will be hired on a contract basis to support our client's ongoing project. Work Location: Tuas (company transport is provided in selected MRT stations) Working days: 5.5 days About the role: Lead the site supervision team on all the Civil and Structural and Building Construction works. Assist management on all Civil & Structural site inspection issues, contract related matters and support the identification of defects and supervise rectification works. Address and respond to all Contractor’s RFI’s and technical submittals. Other work scopes include but not limited to assess method statements/instrumentation reading, coordinate with other discipline engineers and liaise with design team/QP from HQ. Attend all site/project related meetings, discussions with clients and/or Contractors and to lead in technical and work progress discussions. About you: Graduate Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering, preferably recognised by the PE Board, Singapore. Minimum 10 years of construction experience in supervising civil and structural works in water/used water treatment / utilities plant construction. Registered with IES as Resident Engineer (Civil).
