We are looking for a creative, agile, and high-energy Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Singapore. In this role, you will bring Kiztopia’s vibrant brand and beloved characters to life across various digital and physical touchpoints. You will sit at the heart of our fast-paced creative engine—knowing exactly how to translate fun, family-centric concepts into eye-catching visual assets under tight timelines. The ideal candidate possesses a sharp eye for modern aesthetics, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to think quickly on their feet to deliver engaging, high-quality designs Highlights of what we offer: · Dynamic, fun and rewarding working environment · Close knitted team · Good employee benefits (eg. medical insurance, on job training, etc.) · Career growth and development opportunities Roles and Responsibilities: Creative Design & Concept Development Design a wide range of marketing collateral including, but not limited to, social media graphics, event banners, website assets, promotional materials, and other creative assets in line with Kiztopia's brand identity. Brainstorm and execute creative design concepts quickly to capitalise on current trends, school holiday seasons, and park events. Work closely with our IP guidelines to seamlessly integrate Kiztopia’s characters into engaging storylines and marketing campaigns. Multimedia & Motion Graphics Convert static illustrations and designs into dynamic video formats, GIFs, and engaging social media animations. Design and produce short, animated clips, transitions, and video elements for digital screens across our outlets and online platforms. Execution & Production Management Adapt master designs into various sizes and formats required for print production, digital advertisements, and environmental signage. Coordinate with internal marketing and operations teams to deliver assets on schedule in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia Design, or a related field. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects. Strong foundation in typography, colour theory, and layout design suitable for a family- and kids-oriented brand. Proven ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and pivot quickly based on feedback. Strong portfolio demonstrating creative flair; inclusion of motion graphics and animation work would be advantageous. Proactive, adaptable and willing to learn. Possess good organisational and interpersonal skills.
