Job Summary You will oversee daily bus deployments and driver management, ensuring schedules are met, vehicles are maintained, and operational challenges are resolved promptly to maintain high service standards. Responsibilities Arrange daily bus deployments and assign trip orders to drivers to ensure timely service delivery Serve as the primary liaison for drivers by managing feedback, addressing grievances, and enforcing compliance with company policies Respond decisively to real-time incidents such as bus breakdowns, accidents, or route changes by coordinating replacement vehicles or repairs Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and collaborate with workshops to maintain fleet safety and operational readiness Manage cash card and top-up disbursements for drivers while maintaining accurate records of operational expenses Update the Fleet Management System (FMS) with real-time data on vehicle status, fuel consumption, and trip completion to support operational transparency Preferred competencies and qualifications Possession of a valid Class 4 Driving License and willingness to operate a bus during emergencies or to cover duty gaps Proficiency in English to facilitate clear communication with drivers and operational teams Prior experience with Singapore-Malaysia cross-border regulations and checkpoints to support compliance and operational efficiency
