The Senior Learning & Development Partner is a strategic individual contributor responsible for designing and delivering enterprise learning solutions that directly enable performance, productivity, and leadership effectiveness across manufacturing and service organizations. Operating as a trusted advisor to on-site and regional leaders, this role partners closely with business stakeholders to diagnose performance and capability gaps, co-create scalable learning solutions, and deliver Asia-wide programs that support both immediate operational needs and long-term talent development priorities. This role carries significant autonomy and influence, owning end-to-end solution design and delivery while shaping learning strategy through insight, credibility, and partnership rather than formal authority. KeyResponsibilities: Strategic Partnership & Performance Consulting · Serve as a trusted learning and performance advisor to manufacturing, service, and engineering leaders in Singapore and across APAC. · Conduct performance and capability diagnostics to identify root causes of skill, leadership, or productivity gaps. · Translate business challenges into targeted learning, development, or enablement solutions - not training for training’s sake. · Influence enterprise learning strategy through data, insight, and practical recommendations aligned to business outcomes. Learning Design & Delivery · Design, facilitate, and continuously improve enterprise learning programs, including: o Professional and essential skills o Leadership development o Team effectiveness and productivity o Early-career and transition programs o Deliver high-impact learning experiences through blended, digital, and in-person approaches, tailored for manufacturing and service environments. o Ensure learning solutions are scalable across Asia, culturally relevant, and operationally realistic. Coaching, Facilitation & Enablement · Facilitate workshops and learning experiences with leaders, managers, and technical professionals, including senior audiences. · Provide coaching and capability-building support to leaders and teams to reinforce learning transfer and on-the-job application. · Partner with internal HR, talent, and business stakeholders to ensure sustained adoption and behavioral change. Innovation& Continuous Improvement · Incorporate AI-enabled and digital learning approaches to improve reach, efficiency, and learner experience. · Use feedback, evaluation data, and business outcomes to refine solutions and demonstrate impact. · Contribute thought leadership and best practices to elevate overall enterprise learning capability. WhatSuccess Looks Like (12–18 Months) · Built strong credibility and trust with on-site manufacturing and service leaders in Singapore. · Successfully designed and delivered Asia-wide learning programs with clear adoption and impact. · Demonstrated measurable progress in closing strategic performance and talent development gaps. · Recognized as a go-to partner who brings practical, business-relevant solutions, not generic training. · Contributed to a stronger, more integrated enterprise learning ecosystem aligned to business priorities. RequiredQualifications & Experience: · Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or a related discipline. · 8–10 years of progressive experience in learning, talent development, or performance consulting roles. · Demonstrated experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, or operations environments; semiconductor industry experience strongly preferred. · Proven ability to design and deliver enterprise or regional learning programs in complex, matrixed organizations. · Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills; comfortable influencing without formal authority. Preferred Qualifications: · Certifications in industry-leading training, facilitation, or coaching programs (e.g., ATD, CPTD, ICF, or equivalent). · Experience applying AI-enabled, digital, or scalable learning technologies in practical business settings. · Prior exposure to APAC or global learning environments.
