Service Technician/Engineer (Robotics)

Key responsibility: Operate and deploy robotic cleaning equipment at site locations Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on robotic cleaning equipment Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and sensor-related faults Conduct calibration, firmware updates, component replacement, and system checks Support testing, commissioning, and on-site performance verification of cleaning robots Maintain accurate service documentation, maintenance logs, and inspection reports Provide user training and basic technical guidance to customers and operations staff Collaborate with engineering and vendor support teams to escalate and resolve technical issues effectively Requirements: NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Mechatronics or related engineering fields Hands-on experience with automation, robotics, or cleaning equipment is an advantage Strong troubleshooting skills and basic understanding of mechanical/electrical systems Ability to read wiring diagrams, manuals, and technical documents Preferably obtained class 3 driving license
