Lead Business Analyst

Responsibilities: Serve as the primary technical advisor to customers, building strong relationships with IT, operations, and senior stakeholders. Partner with Sales to understand client requirements, run discovery workshops, and shape solution strategies. Co-develop proposals, demos, and RFP/RFI responses, translating technical integration solutions into business value and ROI. Address technical queries, define integration scope, and contribute to effort estimation, pricing, and SOW development. Deliver solution presentations, product showcases, and briefings to C-level and operational stakeholders. Lead full onboarding lifecycle from kickoff to go-live, including requirements gathering, design, UAT, hypercare, and transition to support. Define onboarding roadmap, milestones, RACI, and risk management framework to ensure timely and quality delivery. Drive alignment across Development, Implementation, Operations, and Commercial teams as the accountable onboarding lead. Enhance onboarding frameworks, playbooks, and SOPs to reduce time-to-value and improve customer satisfaction. Translate business needs into technical specifications and design integration workflows using EDI/API standards (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, JSON). Troubleshoot integration issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement improvements to optimize system performance and data flow. Ensure adherence to security and integration standards, maintain documentation, and support clients with training and best practices. Requirements: Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field with 8 years of relevant experience in system integration or enterprise implementations. Proven experience in leading customer onboarding for enterprise systems, preferably within freight forwarding or logistics.
