Senior Quantity Surveyor

The Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing project commercial, contractual and cost-control matters from tender stage through project completion. This includes preparing quotations, cost estimates, tender submissions, variation claims, subcontractor assessments, progress claims, final accounts, and ensuring all project records are complete, accurate and properly maintained in the ERP system. The role requires strong commercial awareness, attention to detail, timely follow-up, and close coordination with Project, Procurement, Finance, Site and Management teams. This Job role require to work 5.5 work day (Alternate) Key responsibilities Tender, Quotation and Pre-Contract Works Project Cost Control and Budget Management Contract Administration and Variations Progress Claims, Payment Certification and Final Accounts Coordination and Stakeholder Management About you Able to use CostX or similar QS measurement software for quantity take-off, measurement, tender pricing support and cost analysis Familiar with ERP workflow for quotation registration, sales order, project budget, work order, purchase claim, subcontractor claim, cost allocation and approval tracking Able to prepare, update and monitor project budget, committed cost, actual cost, forecast cost, cost-to-complete and project margin Able to prepare, track and follow up progress claims, VO, omission, final account and subcontractor claim assessment Strong Excel skill for cost comparison, budget tracking, claim summary, variation register and management reporting Able to maintain complete supporting documents in ERP and server folder for audit, claim recovery and management review Bonus if able to read Chinese quotations, supplier documents, material specifications and communicate with China-market suppliers
