About the Role As a Strata Management Customer Service Officer , you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for property owners during both unit handover and defects management. Your ability to communicate effectively and prioritize customer satisfaction will be key in delivering exceptional service to our clients. What You Will Be Doing Coordinate schedules with residents. Ensure workers report on time. Update residents if workers are late for appointments. Monitor work progress. Perform related tasks as assigned.
