Executive, Talent Acquisition (12-month Contract)

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned positions, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and implement talent attraction initiatives to strengthen the candidate pipeline. Requires at least 3 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in high-volume or multi-stakeholder environments. Candidates must be agile communicators capable of managing multiple vacancies independently in a fast-paced setting.
