SAP Consultant

Key Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional or technical solutions. Configure, customize, and implement SAP modules based on business needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform GAP analysis, and suggest improvements. Provide guidance on SAP best practices and business process optimization. Support SAP system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Assist with data migration, system upgrades, and SAP patch implementations. Provide end-user training and documentation to ensure smooth adoption of SAP solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve SAP system issues in a timely manner. Work with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and project managers for successful project delivery. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5–10 years of professional experience in SAP consulting. Strong expertise in one or more SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, HCM, ABAP). Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and other SAP technologies is preferred. Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, human resources, or sales & distribution. Ability to perform configuration, testing, and troubleshooting independently. Good knowledge of integration between SAP modules and third-party systems. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. SAP certification in relevant module(s) is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience in SAP project lifecycle management (implementation, upgrade, migration). Knowledge of SAP analytics, reporting tools (SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud). Exposure to Agile or Scrum project methodology.
