Roles & Responsibilities 1. Design Development Develop design details and technical documentation for client presentations and tender submissions. Prepare design drawings, reports, and supporting materials throughout project development stages. Coordinate with designers and other consultants to ensure design intent is aligned. Review and integrate multidisciplinary design requirements into project documentation. Support design coordination meetings and resolve technical and design-related issues. 2. Sales and Business Development Focused on building partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding market presence. Skilled in client relationship management, proposal development, and strategic collaboration to drive revenue growth and brand visibility. 3. Project Management Experienced in overseeing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables from concept to handover. Adept at coordinating multidisciplinary teams, resolving site issues, and ensuring successful project execution within scope and quality targets.
