Job Responsibilities Pre-Contract Prepare project cost estimates, cost plans, and budget controls Develop tender documents and conduct value engineering exercises Manage contract documentation and other pre-contract activities Post-Contract Assess and recommend progress payment valuations Evaluate variations and negotiate settlement of variation claims with contractors Finalize account settlements and manage related post-contract functions Contract & Claims Management Provide contractual advice to project teams Manage and resolve contractual claims, with strong understanding of PSSCOC conditions of contract Project Portfolio Independently handle 2-3 local Singapore projects concurrently, across different stages (pre- and post-contract) Project types include institutional, data centre, and public sector developments, covering both building and M&E (mechanical & electrical) services works General Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Division Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or a related field from a recognized university Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience Well-versed with PSSCOC (Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract) Candidates from A1-graded main contractors are welcome to apply Experience in institutional, data centre, or public sector projects preferred Sound knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulations Strong planning, organizational, and supervisory skills Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player If this opportunity aligns with your experience and career aspirations, feel free to apply or reach out for a confidential discussion.
