Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities Preparation of comprehensive tender documents, detailed bill of quantities, and the development of the project's overall budget. Assessment and compilation of monthly progress claims. Conducting cost analysis and cost control throughout the project. Evaluating and negotiating contracts with vendors and subcontractors. Collaborating with project teams to ensure adherence to budget constraints. Requirements Min Diploma in Building / Construction or Quantity Surveying Able to use AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word Good communication skills Independent & responsible for the construction project assigned Resourceful & maintain good relationship with sub-contractors Other: Working Day: 5.5 days per week (Alternate Saturday) Working Hour: 8.00am to 5.30pm (Mon to Thur) 8.00am to 5.00pm (Fri) 8.00am to 12.00pm (Sat) Work Location: 24/26 Tuas Avenue 2 Transport Provided near Choa Chu Kang MRT & Boon Lay MRT
