Branch Manager (Full-Time) Location: Clementi Mall We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our Clementi outlet and oversee daily operations, team performance, sales growth, and customer service standards in a beauty and wellness environment. Salary Basic Salary: SGD 5,000 Total Monthly Earnings: Up to SGD 7,000–9,000 Key Responsibilities Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure smooth workflow Lead, train, and motivate the team to achieve sales and service targets Monitor staff performance, scheduling, and operational standards Handle customer feedback and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Ensure proper use of BeauteSoft for appointments, billing, and customer records Prepare daily sales and operational reports Requirements At least 3 years of experience in beauty, wellness, retail, or related industry At least 1 year of management or supervisory experience Strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills Familiar with BeauteSoft is an advantage Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays How to Apply Please WhatsApp your resume to +65 9858 0286 or apply directly via JobsBank .
